- PLACING ORDERS
- When you place an order with The Party Meister, the contract for The Party Meister to supply the goods is not binding until The Party Meister confirms that they have accepted your offer to purchase. The placing of the order is a notification of your offer to purchase, but in some circumstances The Party Meister may not be able to agree to this purchase. This could be due to, but not limited to, lack of stock, changes in price, and other unforeseen circumstances. The Party Meister will notify you of any issues that prevent the contract becoming binding.
- It is possible that some items will not be in stock when we receive your order. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise that this is the case and the expected date we will be able to supply, and also consult with you as to whether you wish to continue with the order, to cancel, or to accept a suitable substitute as appropriate.
